Nutritional Counseling:
Dr. Trevin Fugere has spent the last five years teaching Anatomy & Physiology at
both Collin and Tarrant County Community Colleges. He's also spent the last twelve
years with clients performing personal training, designing diet plans, and constructing
exercise plans. He is very knowledgeable with what works and what doesn't. Every
body is different in the way carbohydrates, fats, and proteins are metabolized.
A session typically lasts 20-30 minutes, and if you are willing to make an effort,
it will be rewarded. He will not recommend anything to you that he does not do himself.
One thing that Dr. Fugere feels strongly about is the need for a good daily vitamin.
Many Americans mistakenly believe that you can get all the nutrients you'll ever
need in a day by eating whole foods and juices. We'd have to eat twelve potatoes
today to get the same nutrition out of one potato in 1950! Furthermore, if you plan
on eating fish three times a week, plan on getting a loaded dose of mercury unless
you actually have a tank in your house that uses filtered salt-water.
It might seem that our counseling sessions might be more related to a juvenile boot
camp drill sergeant yelling at his troops, but we promise you will get results.
Our point is this: 3/4 of a gallon of water per day, a daily vitamin, omega 3 (fish)
pills, and proper supplements (protein w/amino acids) are a good start! See our
product page for more information. Don't lose the war
on weight and the battle for your health because you couldn't muster up the energy
to fight.
